Vision Plus e-Ledger is a software architecture which converts of journal books and general ledgers of taxpayer companies to e-Ledger in XBRL format, then creates e-Ledger Certificate which is the summary of those books and allows signing this certificate file with electronic financial seal for being submitted to approval of Revenue Administration and enabling archiving of all outputs, according to the standards established by the Revenue Administration.
Files in Excel, CSV or XML formats are used for VisionPlus e-Ledger integration.
E-Ledger creation module can be accessed via VisionPlus e-Invoice application. User who wants to perform e-Ledger creation and signing operations carries out the transaction in Java interface that opens with “Create e-Ledger” menu, if it requires to have İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri to keep secondary copy of the existing book, it can upload any folder with “Create Archive” menu.
Java interface used for e-Ledger production and signing will carry out its operations completely on the client and it communicates with the servers of İdea Teknoloji Çözümleri only to keep the system messages.
