VisionPlus e-Record

It is a reporting file which contains responsibilities of taxpayers who are made subject to such requirement of creating, keeping the records in compliance with the minimum contents determined according to the subjects included in the appendix of the Communique and keeping ready data for tax audit to be submitted whenever requested, within scope of Tax Procedural Law General Communique with serial number 431 published in the Official Gazette dated 29/12/2013 and numbered 28866.

Taxpayers who are within obligatory scope of VisionPlus e-Record are required to prepare, keep the required information as of 1/7/2014 and submit such when requested.

  • Integration with Data Sources

    The VisionPlus e-Record application provides a platform-independent integration interface with the identified data sources within the organization. Excel, CSV or XML formatted files are used for the purpose of integration with data sources. The Integration files created in data sources are sent to the relational repository configuration having been processed through web service, ftp and sftp integration channels. The below tables are generated with the integration files imported from data sources.

    As the data integration that is required to be stored can be intersystem-automatic, it can be also achieved through file uploading to be manually performed by the user. The user must primarily choose a file among the file types identified for his/her organization for the batch install process. The identified file types must be one of the formatted types during the integration phase. The file structures changed during the usage can be parametrically identified without any development needs.

    As the records can be created via integration and file uploading systems the missing spaces in the existing records can be completed by updating them through application screens.

  • Consolidated Data Repository

    It is intended to combine, report, transform and archive the data imported from different systems in a single center through the VisionPlus Records Storage Requirements application. As the data related to the same table can come from more than one system the spaces related to a single record row can also come from more than one system within this context. Thus, the table field equivalents of the data inside incoming integration files are also identified while the imported integration files are identified over the application. At the same time, it is made possible for the integration files to update more than one field in tables through this identification.

  • Data Mapping & Transformation

    Through integration files mapping and transformation process, their interaction between the primary keys identified on sales, purchasing, inventory, import, export, production tables are identified. In order for an imported records to be able to be transformed from integration file into data table, it must possess all the primary keys in the relevant tables and must not be included in the table where the records related to the relevant keys are to be transformed. Otherwise the integration update process will be conducted.

    The mapping rules document created against the data structure of integration files are made up of the identification of tables and spaces in tables that the file aims for.   • Data Reconciliation

  • XBRL Conversion

    The sales, purchasing, inventory, import, export, production tables created via integration files are transferred to the archive as XML document when the period is closed by the user approval. It will be rendered possible to transform the XML document to be presented as an audit file to XBRL format via XSLT transformation.

  • Archiving

    The sales, purchasing, inventory, import, export, production records are stored within the records storage application in table structure on a monthly basis. The records imported from the integration file are recorded after the relational period and relational tables are determined. The user can start the archiving process after he/she has controlled the records concerning the period he/she will archive.

    In archiving process, the records storage application enables the data in the tables to be stored by compressing the relevant files within legal period after they have been transformed into the standard XML format. Creating records process for the closed period is blocked via the period closing process. In case of an alteration made in closed period, a separate standard XML files are created for the new and updated records.

  • Data Control and Its History

    From which integration files and spaces the sales, purchasing, inventory, import, export, production tables created within the VisionPlus Electronic Financial Applications platform Records Storage Requirements application are created or updated are stored in the records history. Additionally, the updating processes carried out in the user interface as well as the updating time and the information of the user updating are all recorded together.

    Since the record is stored together with its source in the history, it provides an easy reporting in case of potential conflicts.

    The records stored in relational tables can be reported and made updatable via the transfer of integration files. The users authorized by the web interface can access the desired file by way of filtering on the relevant screens. A copy of integration files is kept in the platform as well as recording by which integration file or files the document is created.
